Code of Ethics

We require all staff to observe GIC’s code of ethics, the compliance manual and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

GIC’s Whistle Blowing Policy
At GIC, we value our reputation for integrity and professionalism. Providing a channel for wrong or unethical behaviour to be reported helps GIC to uphold the highest standards of integrity and professional conduct.

GIC’s Whistle Blowing Policy provides an independent platform to report any wrongdoing. If an employee, business partner, or any person believes that any wrongful, illegal, improper or unethical conduct (e.g. fraud or corruption etc.) has been, or is in the process of being committed by any GIC personnel and/or GIC’s business partners, such conduct should be reported to GIC immediately.

Whistle-blowers should report their concerns in good faith. GIC treats all such reports with strict confidentiality and will protect the reporting person’s identity (unless the applicable law requires GIC to make the necessary disclosures).

It is critical that you provide as much information as possible in your report: e.g. name(s) of the party(ies) involved, dates, times, locations, the specific conduct in question and any additional supporting information, documentation or evidence. Thorough investigations can only be conducted if GIC receives adequate and specific information.
