You will be involved in developing and implementing HR policies and processes.
You will be given extensive training and exposure in staffing, training and
development, compensation and benefits, and overseas human resource operations.
You should possess a good Honours Degree in any discipline, with three to five
years of working experience. You must also be analytical and numerate, and have
a keen interest in a HR career. In addition, you should possess an excellent
command of written and spoken English. Strong initiative and the ability to
interact effectively with people at all levels and nationalities are required.
Experience in HR management is preferred but not essential.
