GIC's learning and development policies seek to create, reinforce and sustain a pro-learning environment.
We are committed to helping all our staff to grow, and provide resources and infrastructure to support their development. Learning is not just knowing facts and figures, but acting on what we know. We have established a system to facilitate teaching of what we learnt so that we can all learn more.
As part of your development in GIC, you will be given the opportunity to work in different parts of the business and will be mentored by experienced professionals so you can broaden your knowledge base. Selected staff are also attached to top fund management companies or posted to our overseas offices to extend their global insight.
