GIC Real Estate set up an asset management office in Seoul, Korea, with the incorporation of GIC Real Estate International Korea Co., Ltd., on 8 April 2005. It is based on the 10th floor of the Seoul Finance Center.
The office serves to enhance and improve the management of assets in Korea through local expertise and knowledge arising from being on the ground.
