GIC has two offices in San Francisco; one in Redwood City, and one downtown in One Bush Street. These offices house the North American operations of GIC Real Estate (GIC RE) and GIC Special Investments (GIC SI).
The San Francisco offices are mainly responsible for the execution of GIC RE's and GIC SI's investment strategy for North America, including Canada. This includes sourcing, structuring and negotiating deals as well as developing and maintaining relationships with a network of decision makers and CEOs in major companies.
