Human resource management is a collaborative effort in GIC. The Administration & Personnel Department (APD) partners the various departments to recruit, develop and retain global talent.

To carry out its role, APD scouts for, and recruits, talent at top campuses around the world; maintains a progressive, competitive and performance-oriented compensation system; develops professional, management and leadership programmes; and ensures the company has an infrastructure and office services that can support its global investment management operations.
