Jesse Hom is Global Head of Real Estate Credit at GIC. Based in New York, Jesse focuses on driving performance and growth across both GIC’s Real Estate credit and equity businesses.

Jesse joined GIC in 2008 as an investment associate focused on credit and equity investments in the US. Prior to joining GIC, Jesse was an investment banking analyst at JP Morgan, where he focused on origination and structuring for their CMBS structured products group.

Jesse holds a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Finance from the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University.

Jesse serves as a board member at Safehold Inc. (NYSE: SAFE) and serves as a board member for several other private real estate companies.
