Stuart Baldwin is Head, Infrastructure (EMEA & Funds). In this role, Stuart is responsible for developing and managing GIC’s infrastructure equity portfolio in the EMEA region, as well as infrastructure funds globally.

Stuart joined GIC in 2002 in the Private Equity Department and was involved in setting up the infrastructure team in 2006. Prior to joining GIC, Stuart was Director, Strategic Investments at SingTel based in Singapore. Earlier in his career, he was a strategy consultant at The COBA Group based in London.

Stuart holds a Master of Arts and Master of Engineering in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Cambridge.
