Manning Doherty is the Head of Infrastructure, North America. In this role, Manning oversees the management of GIC’s global infrastructure strategy and portfolio in North America. He is a member of the Global Infrastructure Investment Committee and chairs the Infrastructure North America Regional Investment Committee.

Manning joined GIC in 2015 in the Integrated Strategies Group (ISG) in Singapore. In 2021, he relocated to the New York office before joining the Infrastructure department in 2023. Prior to joining GIC, Manning was a Managing Director at Mount Kellett Capital Management and at Oaktree Capital in Hong Kong.

Manning holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Queens University. He also holds a Master of Arts in International Studies and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from University of Pennsylvania.
