Seck Wai Kwong is a Director of the GIC Board, and a member of the GIC Risk Committee and GIC Audit Committee. He is also a member of the Public Service Commission. In addition, he chairs Lion Global Investors and serves on the board of OCBC Bank. Mr Seck has held a number of senior leadership positions in the financial sector, including Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Eastspring Investments (the Asian investment arm of Prudential plc), CEO, Asia-Pacific, of State Street Bank and Trust Company, and Chief Financial Officer of Singapore Exchange. He also held senior appointments at DBS Bank, Lehman Brothers, GIC and the Monetary Authority of Singapore.

Mr Seck graduated with First Class Honours in Economics from Monash University, where he is a Monash Fellow. He also holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
