Leong Wing Kwan is Head, Strategic Projects at GIC. He provides enterprise leadership oversight and strategic guidance to strengthen GIC’s data and investment enablement infrastructure.

Wing Kwan joined GIC in 1996 and held various leadership positions in the Risk and Performance Management Department, Fixed Income, Public Markets, Corporate Affairs and Planning. Most recently, he was Director of Investment Services Public Markets, where he oversaw investment support and operations across front, middle, and back offices for public markets assets. Prior to joining GIC, Wing Kwan was a senior auditor with Coopers & Lybrand.

Wing Kwan holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University of Singapore. He also holds an Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago. He is a CFA charterholder and a Chartered Accountant.
