Woo Tuck Kan is Senior Portfolio Manager with the Equities CIO Office. He is responsible for leading thematic investing within Public Equities.

Tuck Kan joined GIC in 1990 and has been directly managing public equities portfolios since 1994. Tuck Kan was most recently Head of Emerging Markets Non-Asia (EMNA). Prior to leading the EMNA team, he was Deputy Head of Developed Market Equities. In a career with GIC that has spanned more than three decades, his other responsibilities have included Head of Japan Equities, Head of European Equities, and Head of Global Consumer and Healthcare Research.

Tuck Kan graduated with a Bachelor of Arts and Social Science in Economics (Honours) degree from the National University of Singapore. He has been a CFA charterholder since 1994.
