October 21, 2025 - Entrevias announces today a new chapter in its journey, with VINCI Highways taking over the operational control of the company, alongside GIC, which becomes a shareholder following the acquisition of shares previously held by the Patria Infrastructure Fund III, managed by Patria Investments. The transaction, approved by ARTESP (São Paulo State Transportation Agency), is aligned with Patria’s asset rotation strategy.

The new partnership brings together two long-term international investors committed to Entrevias’ continued growth. VINCI Highways, which joined the concession two years ago with a 55% stake, is one of the world’s major highway concession managers, operating a global network of 3,750 km in more than ten countries. VINCI Highways will bring its expertise in program management, safety, and new mobility technologies.

Entrevias brings to this partnership its capabilities in project delivery, demonstrated through the successful management of São Paulo State’s largest duplication program, now entering its final stages. Entrevias is also recognized for its environmental excellence which will contribute to VINCI Highways’ commitment to decarbonize its operations.
