Jeanette Wong is a Director of the GIC Board. She has been a member of the GIC Risk Committee since October 2021 and a member of the GIC Audit Committee since October 2024. She has over 35 years of operational experience in financial services. Before her retirement in March 2019, she was Group Executive at DBS Bank, responsible for the Institutional Banking Group. She was also Director of DBS Bank (China) Limited, Chairperson of DBS Bank (Taiwan) Ltd, and the Chief Financial Officer of DBS Group. Prior to joining DBS in 2004, Ms Wong was at JP Morgan from 1986 to 2004, and had regional responsibilities in the Market business and was also JP Morgan’s country head for Singapore between 1997 to 2004. She currently sits on the boards of Singapore Airlines, Prudential plc, and PSA International Pte Ltd. She is a member of the Board of Trustees at the National University of Singapore (NUS). She is also the Chair of the NUS Business School Management Advisory Board and CareShield Life Council under the Ministry of Health.

Ms Wong holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor in Business Administration from NUS.
