Member, GIC Investment Board

Tracey Woon is a member of the GIC Investment Board. She has more than 35 years of investment banking experience and has worked on corporate finance transactions, debt offerings, and advisory work, including takeovers of public companies in Singapore and ASEAN. Previously at UBS AG, she was the Vice Chairman of Global Wealth Management (Asia Pacific) and was responsible for the UBS Women Initiative in Asia Pacific. Prior to joining UBS, Ms Woon was the Vice Chairman of Citibank’s ASEAN Corporate and Investment Banking division. She is currently a Board Director of United Overseas Bank, SPH Foundation Limited, and Singapore Totalisator Board. She is a member of the Securities Industry Council and the Mind Science Centre advisory board.

Ms Woon holds a Bachelor of Law (Honours) from the National University of Singapore. She is an Institute of Banking and Finance Distinguished Fellow and a Milken Institute Senior Fellow.
