Celine Loh is the Head of Portfolio Solutions & Services and Head of Investment Control & Services. In these roles, she oversees a comprehensive range of functions including data management, custody management, regulatory reporting, investment compliance, operations due diligence, and investment services to support the total portfolio strategy and investment model.

Celine has taken leadership across multiple divisions within Investment Services Public Markets and cross strategy initiatives, driving to deliver operational excellence using data and technology. In addition to her tenure at GIC, Celine was the Head of Middle Office and Product Management at BNP Paribas Wealth Management and served as an accountant with Singapore Airlines.

Celine holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. She is a Chartered Accountant and an alumna of Harvard Business School, having completed the General Management Program.
