Celine Loh is the Head of Investment Enterprise Data Solutions. In this role, she oversees the enhancement and delivery of enterprise data capabilities to support investment decision making across all asset classes. Her scope spans across strategic data service and solutions, management of the investment book of records, and enterprise level reference data frameworks.

Celine has taken leadership across multiple divisions within Investment Services Public Markets and cross strategy initiatives, driving to deliver operational excellence using data and technology. In addition to her tenure at GIC, Celine was the Head of Middle Office and Product Management at BNP Paribas Wealth Management and served as an accountant with Singapore Airlines.

Celine holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. She is a Chartered Accountant and an alumna of Harvard Business School, having completed the General Management Program.
