Oscar Zheng is Head of Corporate Credit and Head of Transition & Sustainable Finance Group in Fixed Income & Multi Asset (FIMA). As Head of Corporate Credit, he oversees FIMA’s global investments in investment-grade and high-yield corporate bonds, loans and Collateralised Loan Obligations (CLOs), and convertible bonds. As Head of Transition & Sustainable Finance, he leads FIMA’s sustainability investing effort. His team is based across New York, London, and Singapore. Oscar is a member of the FIMA Investment Committee and the co-chair of the FIMA Credit Committee. He also co-chairs GIC’s Credit Business Group.

Oscar joined GIC’s Singapore Office in 2006 as an Investment Officer and held various positions as a credit portfolio manager and research analyst. He spent four years in the London Office from 2009 – 2013.

Oscar graduated from Fudan University with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in accounting. He also holds a Master’s in Finance (with distinction) from London Business School.
