Vincent Cheang is the Director of the Finance Department. The department is responsible for managing GIC’s corporate revenue and expenditure, ensuring financial stewardship and reporting for the GIC group, managing financial operations for the GIC Group and providing finance business partnership to GIC departments.

Vincent joined GIC in 2012. Prior to joining GIC, Vincent had stints across regional internal audit functions in various banks, including Barclays, Deutsche, Societe Generale, and JP Morgan.

Vincent holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from the National University of Singapore.
