Vincent Cheang leads the Internal Audit Department. In this role, Vincent oversees IAD which has a mandate to provide independent assurance on GIC’s control environment to the CEO and the Audit Committee across all GIC activities.

Vincent joined GIC in 2012. Prior to joining GIC, Vincent had stints across regional internal audit functions in various banks, including Barclays, Deutsche, Societe Generale, and JP Morgan.

Vincent holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from the National University of Singapore.
