Vinit Nagarajan is Head of Private Credit Group, based in the London Office. He oversees GIC’s credit investments in private equity-owned companies globally. This includes investments made directly, as well as through third party credit managers. He is also Co-Head of the Credit Business Group at GIC.

Vinit joined GIC in 2010 in the European Direct Investments Group within Private Equity. He moved to Private Credit in 2020 and was appointed Head of Private Credit Group in 2024. Prior to GIC, Vinit worked at Deutsche Bank’s investment banking business in London.

Vinit holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the National University of Singapore (NUS), where he was a NUS scholar and a Master in Finance from Cambridge University, where he was a Gates Cambridge scholar.
